Process & Shipping
The waiting time is 7-12 days. After this, we pack and sent to the nearest post office.
•We use Australia Post for our deliverys shipping for Australia.
•The standard rate from Australia Post, up to 500g is $11.70 for the regular post/ 1-14 Days the Shipping time.
• $15.20 for Express, up to 500g/ 1-2 Days Post Shipping time.
•Local Pick Up it is for those who want to pick up their order from my place, 14 Commercial rd, 2208 Sydney, I will contact you when the order is ready to arrange which day is convenient for you.
•For International Shipping costs, please enter your country of origin and we will figure it out for you.
•Shipping time is dependent the country, from 15 Days to 4 weeks approximately(not available at this time the international shippings).
•Everything is handmade by hand, so it takes time to create and harden the product.
•Due to weight, our products are calculated.
•If the product is larger in volume, you need to wait a little longer for the hardening to avoid possible damages.
•We do not responsibility any damage or loss of the Post Shipping.
•You can cancel the order same day, before I have started the creation process, the cancellation will be made with a remittance fee that holds a commission the online store.
•The products cannot be changed or cancel after processing, if you change your mind, because it is handmade and everything is made individually for each of you.
•Please be aware that sometimes it is impossible to avoid the bubbles that become small gaps in the resin and casting products. We always try for the best result.
